What's the difference between screen printing and digital printing? (DTF, DTG)
Digital printing offers no minimums or setup fees. Soft water-based inks let you print full-Colour art onto most apparel.
Screen printing is the old school way of printing t-shirts. It’s still the king for large runs and/or when you need the very best print quality and durability. For Screen Printing, please get in touch or use our Quote form.
What is DTF and DTG printing?
How should I wash my decorated garments?
- Machine wash in cold water (or hand wash) on a gentle cycle using mild detergents.
- Do not bleach
- No fabric softener
- Do not dry clean
- Hang dry or tumble dry on very low settings.
- Screen Printed, Embroidered shirts are more durable, but care should still be taken
Turnaround time?
We recommend allowing up to 10 – 15 Business days for the decoration and delivery of your order.. If you are a new customer purchasing any of our decoration services (Screen Printing, Embroidery or Vinyl Transfers) your order will require artwork set up before we begin production. The time taken for artwork set up may vary depending on the artwork requirements set by the customer.

What are the costs for embroidery and screen-printing?
- One-time set-up cost: $90 for A4 and $112 for A3 size per colour (minimum print quantity of 6 pieces). This cost includes producing your A4/A3 screen, emulsion, exposure to your artwork, and storage for future orders within 24 months.
- Costs per print: $4.40 per print, varying based on the quantity.
- One-time set-up fee: $70 for digitising your artwork into stitch form for embroidery machines.
- Costs per stitch: $1.47 per stitch count, with costs varying based on the stitch count.
